Experienced Recruiter:

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is looking for an environment and platform that will help take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a background in retained search execution or organizational consulting and the aptitude to do either. Candidates should possess the following attributes:

• Track record of recruiting top caliber talent in the world of trading, research, or critical systems
• Someone who is passionate about optimizing performance in themselves and within a team.
• A background in high caliber retained search and/or high volume corporate recruiting would be ideal
  • Solid knowledge and interest in Organizational Psychology, Performance Psychology, and handling complex negotiations
• Strong research abilities - fearless cold caller
• Ability to balance speed and accuracy while tracking multiple tasks
• Specific domain experience in Energy Trading, Statistical Arbitrage(Eq, Index, FX, etc), Vol Trading, Private Equity
• Must be highly motivated and have a demonstrated ability to obtain high levels of performance at something: business, sports, music, school, - what else have you excelled at?

Research Associate:

SecuritiesTech is committed to building next generation research tools and capabilities. As a Research Associate you will be directly working on expanding this capability. The right candidates will possess the following attributes:

• Innate curiousity. Do you want to dig into understanding the DNA of how industries and organizations are interrelated?
• Interest in the financial industry is all but mandatory
• Knowledge of research method, data feeds, sourcing data, social network clusters, and how to pull them together in a practically useful way for recruiters, account managers, and ultimately clients
• Wiki or Sharepoint platform experience (not just an end user)
• Solid aptitude for ETL, SQL, Python and VB/VBA is required
• Must be highly motivated and have a demonstrated ability to obtain high levels of performance at something: music, school, basket weaving - what have you excelled at?

Jr Recruiter:

Whether you are a recent college graduate or someone looking to leverage your background in a new direction; we may be interested in exploring this opportunity with you.
